Old Bear struggles to find any of the toys as the room is so untidy so he decides it would be best if they cleaned the room first, and then continued playing. In a rather messy toy room, the animals play a game of Hide and Seek. Little Bear is missing and a search begins. Accidentally found sleeping in the picnic basket, the toys have their own picnic.
The pictures appear to be almost like photos. The author has the ability to make the animals seem real. Cut story for young readers.
