Just finished this book about Booker T. Washington. It provides a lot of different opinions about Washington, most of which are very positive. The book is a series of essays and lectures by academics, intellectuals and faith leaders. I would recommend that readers start with a general biography of Washington, and also read Up From Slavery, his autobiography, before reading this particular book. That will give the reader more context for Booker T. Washington - A Re-Examination.
