Although Losh presents some intriguing food for thought, this book is mostly a scattered collection of examples of how rhetoric is changing. If there's a coherent thesis here, I couldn't find it -- and she certainly doesn't return to it at any point after Chapter 1.

The chapter on Photoshop, for instance, fixates for 10 pages on some imae from a gathering with Clinton of bloggers. Hardly a blinding insight. There's a chapter on PowerPoint, but it mostly just discusses how limiting the Template W
