What an odd book! I wonder whether the author, for whom James Habersham is presumably one of the five fictionalized ancestors portrayed herein, has actually assumed an ancestress' name as a pen name, since this occasionally stoops to the level of tawdry romance novel. I wanted to investigate this since my own forebear (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Georg-K...) --likely one of hers?--makes several, thankfully accurate and positive, appearances (44, 54, 155, 182).
