A sometimes informative book about the third invasion of Portugal by the French in 1810-1811, this work by Jean Jacques Pelet, 1st aide-de-camp to Marshal Massena, examines the trials and tribulations of the French as they try to drive the Anglo-Portuguese Army from Portugal.
