Another wonderful book on prayer by Stormie. Again, designed to read a chapter per day for one month. Leads you to pray about many important topics and themes for your children, no matter what age they are. I prayed my way through this book pregnant with my first child. I plan to pray through it again and again, for this child and future ones. Also, includes information about starting a prayer group with other parents. You can't go wrong reading this great book!
This is a good book for guided prayer. The chapters are only a couple pages each, so it's easy to read one a day. Each chapter has a short discussion followed by a sample prayer and Bible verses related to the topic. She reminded me of lots of things that I could be praying about for my children, even though they're still little. I will definitely reread this one many times.
I really enjoyed this study. A friend and I meet once a week and go over each chapter and pray for our children. It has taken us two years! But we finished today! It was an awesome two years! Now to decide which study to do next!
I believe that as a mother, one of the most important things I can do for my child is pray for her. This book was a wonderful tool that helped me add depth to the prayers I pray for my daughter. I know I will revisit it again and again.
