Nice variety of case studies, but the text is essentially a compilation of published papers, reports, and press releases on the topics. Some of the readings were far too technical and had little relevance to the reader. Others were quite informative and enlightening. When applicable, both sides of an environmental argument were provided, and author commentary was restricted to providing general introductions to the issue.
