This is a book that I wish I had read 20 years ago. The tips and advice in it would have helped me overcome shyness and be more successful in just about any part of my life. (Don't get me wrong -- I'm pretty happy with what I've achieved, but I could have done it much earlier in life if I had gotten over the shyness and lack of confidence earlier).

Unstoppable Confidence has some good points. First, the author emphasizes that you have to do something to get confidence, you have to work at it. And second, the author gives examples of how confident people view situations, this is one of the best things about the book.
Worth reading for the valuable advice, but I felt I had to do a lot of skim reading to get past the airy-fairy stuff.

First two part really intreseting and helpful. Third okay. Fourth... difficult to finish.
its good it is not a theory - it step by step how to be confidence - highly recomended
