Recommends it for: nerdy greenies
Super academic and super awesome. This book talk about how Native Californians ate off the land. Includes some really cool info about how harvest pine nuts and how what I always called 'digger pines' should be called 'grey pines' because 'digger' is an old-school derogotory term for Indians.
