The illustrations are gorgeous, and most of the lullabies are quite cute. There are a few that weren't particularly amazing, but overall, it is really a nice little book. I think that I read someplace that it had a tape/cd or something that went with it. If so, I never had it (bought it used). I wonder if that would have improved the experience.

Anyway, my son liked this book quite a bit when he was around 2 years old. Just perfect for toddlers.
