Recommends it for: Idiots
I didn't really learn a thing from this book and I feel like an idiot for thinking I could learn a thing from an idiot guide. Not that I know everything about living green, but "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle", has been drilled into my head since about second grade.

It reads exactly as you would think that it does. No knew ideas but some good reinforcement and how-to knowledge to create an eco-friendly environment.
