Another decent novel written by Sandra Field, however the book almost seemed passionless to me. I couldn't get into it completely. I did like both the characters and how they were written though. The heroine is such a sweet and gentle touch but it straight forward, blunt and has a heck of a temper. The hero, well, we never really got a glimpse of how he truly is except possibly at the end. He was a mix of things that kept us guessing what he was gonna do and say next.

A very reluctant 4 stars. The second half of the book was definitely better than the 1st half but I wanted a lil more ooomph from the ending
