This is a book intended for practitioners of the art, and will most likely not be of interest to anyone that does follow this or a similar school of karate. It's both a rushed overview and history of the style, and a technical manual that explains several of the kata.

The most interesting part of the book was the discussions of theory, history and philosophy, but in other regards it was the most problematic. It's extremely hard to distinguish the difference between history and mythology here, som
