An understanding of an individual's possibilities for growth and expectation of useful information is critical.
It is a sad but easily observable fact that concepts of fixed replicative mores, value systems, and political and idealogical systems attept to stand in the way of the capacity of mutuality to be realized in many advanced cultures and subcultures.
I think this is also a great read for practictioners of Lean Six Sigma as it does a deep dive into the human side of processes!
