Admittedly, I haven't read the first Change Forces, and maybe that would provide me with the proper foundation for enjoying this book more. I think I was looking for something a little simpler with more concrete examples of ways change is possible or sabotaged at the teaching/school level. And while it did have some thought provoking insight, I felt like most of the ideas were too ungraspable (change happens on the edge of chaos...; what has worked for one organization will probably not work for ...more
