"Death Under Par" is Janice Law's fifth book in the Anna Peter's series. Law is a pioneer in the hard nosed female detective genre, and I consider her to be one of the finest writers of this ilk. Her stories are always interesting and her prose and character development are wonderful. This particular tale takes place during the 2000 British Open Championship and can be enjoyed by both the mystery lover and the golf enthusiast.
