Everything about this book is aesthetically pleasing, from the feel of the puffy cover, to the photos and write-ups inside. The ideas are inspiringly creative (new uses for fabrics, woods, metals; a bowl made of porcelain-dipped sponge, that looks like a piece of coral reef) and for the scientist in me, there's also an index of packaging materials at the back. dec 30, 2004
How far can the concept of "skin" be stretched? Flip through this book for a great intro.
