This is a really excellent Enneagram book. I like it because it breaks down the tasks of leadership and how each of the 9 types handle these tasks. It gives great suggestions for professional growth. A very practical resource. It avoids some of the esoteric themes of other Enneagram titles.

Leadership tips based on your Enneagram type. I admit that I only read the parts about my type. Helpful exercises, useful insights. You need to know your Enneagram type before you read this; it doesn't provide enough resources for figuring it out.
