Spiritual Disciplines consists of a series of talks given by speakers at the Eranos Conference which revolved around the discoveries of Depth Psychology.

I particularly enjoyed this book as it presented the perspectives of world renown authorities as Rudolf Bernoulli, Martin Buber, C.G. Jung, John Layard, Fritz Meier, Max Pulver, Erwin Rousselle and Heinrich Zimmer.

On the Significance of the Indian Tantric Yoga by Heinrich Zimmer was particularly insightful and gratifying to read.
