Conceptually this was very appeaing to me. But the organization of information has been somewhat disappointing. Finished the Endocrine system (I'm biased) & into Rheumatology. I dont mind that some of the information is dated. Gives a nice capsule summary of each condition, but only a small amt of material on it's relation to the heart, scattered throughout review, and without any hint of pathophysiologic significance. Just memorizing the typical EKG or echocardiographic findings, or common ...more
