200 Years with Abraham Lincoln does a nice job of describing not only Lincolns life, death and all in-between, but also how his actions paved the way for many later reforms in government, civil liberties, and full equality within the United States in regards to a person’s ethnicity. I would recommend this for any intermediate through high school age students studying U.S. History. This book does tend to focus more on Lincolns political views instead of personal characteristics; students not inte ...more
