This was ok. A bit slow &, dare I say it, a bit boring in places. CHE gets bogged down on the Boer War in the middle of the book, but it definitely picked up towards the end with the Suffrage Movement, the Suffragettes & "the question" of votes for women. While not one of the best in the Morland Dynasty series, The Question proved to be another solid addition with some great moments.

Recommends it for: historical fiction lovers
The Morland family move into the 1900's in this book. Again, they are involved in the major historical events of the time, including the Boer War, death of Queen Victoria and the women's vote. Another pleasant instalment.
Nikki
Deals with the death of Queen Victoria, the Boer War, and women's suffrage, as experienced by the Morland family.
