This book was written by Earl's aunt's mother-in-law. It is her stories about being in the Belgian resistance during WW2. She was an amazing woman who had so much courage! As a teenage girl she helped smuggle people out of Germany, jumped of a train to avoid working in a German factory, and many other amazing things. This is a really easy, fun read!

Several years ago, I met my sister-in-law's mother-in-law, Freddie. She's from Belgium, and told my kids stories of working in the Underground during WW II. They were fascinating! I'm so glad she put them in a book!

I highly recommend this--it's interesting, and gives you a personalized view of the war.
