This book found me. Veganism has deepened my spirituality and I relate to Carol's stories & suggestions. I love that she reminded me to write morning pages (as in The Artist's Way). I wish she would've talked more about veganism, but, all in all, I think this is a good book for people who do yoga and care to live an inspired & honourable values-based lifestyle.

I Love the _Idea_ of this book, but the actual reading was a bit too dry for me. Also annoying: usually "vegetarian" meant "vegan" but sometimes it didn't. I wish she had used the word "vegan"!
