Great investing book for somebody that would like to do real estate investing on the side. However I attended John Schaub seminar (with the same title) and I felt the book was just a repetion of the seminar.
However if you have attended the seminar and just didn't get off your feet after it, this book would be a great refresher.

The sixth book in my recommended curriculum of self-study on personal finances and investing. See www.ProfitableForAllThings.com for more details.
