I am one of the lucky generation that grew up with The Goodies in Australia. If you're like me I'm sure you'll enjoy this book. The format is a series by series, episode by episode breakdown supported with some contextual information. It is about The Goodies, it's not The Goodies. For that you'll need to go to one of the several books they released.

If you've seen the 2005 Goodies Return TV special there is not much more here and it of course the TV special had Tim, Graeme and Bill present them

A year-by-year and episode-by-episode guide to one of my favorite TV shows.

I really enjoyed the additional information about what was happening at the time. After reading the book I pulled out the DVDs and watched the show again with new eyes.
