This book is well laid out, contains a wealth of information, and has some excellent photographs. In many ways, it is an excellent book. But I find it very difficult to give it a positive rating. The reason? The outrageous pro-Nazi basis shown by the author.

For example: the invasion of Poland is described as "German forces occupying territories seized from them after WWI". So that's allright then... If you take this author at face value, you will learn that all U Boat crews acted with gallantry
