This book was written by a guy whose creativity and imagination have been at work almost from the day he was born. I know this because the author of Syndrome, Tony Fay, is my brother. In Syndrome, his first published novel, he cooked up a page-turning plot in which renegade nanobots run rampant in an Antarctic research facility.
