A must read if you work with a team with members from different parts of the world. Definitely gave me insight into how my own work and approaches could be improved. The setup of the book is also fun and engaging, so you see how the concepts are applied to the characters in the story.
Not just a text book but a life-like account of virtual teams and how to develop a framework for the global workplace.
I liked all the examples given, but although there were some interesting stories it seemed to me too much as a text book.
