Writen by a western psychologist, but not in a very technical manner. The book shows some of the parallels between modern western Psychology and Psychotherapy and the old techniques developed and spread by Buddhism and Yoga. It's interesting to note how both cultures may learn with each other and how such an old knowledge can be so much advanced compared with recent accomplishments by western science...
