I have a Danish translation, and it is simply delightful to read, as the rhythm has been excellently preserved.

Fin plus qu'épouvantable mais si irrésistiblement belle... A sa façon.

A fairly quick and easy read. The end reminded me of Romeo and Juliet.

This one's in good shape. The lovely illustrations are reproductions of Michelena's works for the Librairie L. Conquet 1890 edition of Hernani.
