It was usefull to help me understand how to work my many muscle groups, how to corectly use free weights and resistance training. The charts were removeable so I could copy them and keep a running record of my progress.

The chapters on stretching, exercise/weight training and disease prevention were probably more like 4 star. I will probably continue to reference the stretches. I liked the 3-4 chapters less than the rest.

only read this for school, easy enough to get through for the most part, but some realy technical sections.
