Dismal story. From the start, the reader knows how the book will end and which characters will survive. I even guessed how Mary Lou and Don would die...& I turned out to be right. There are blatant clues trying to lead the reader to a different assumption of the manner of death, but their obviousness negates them. I didn't care for the writing style and there were a few typos.
