The content in story was odd. I could see children having fun and feeling proud about being able to read this book. The talent of the main character is fun however the end when he chooses to go into the circus seems like a bad example. Animals in the circus are treated poorly, and therefore I would not want to read this story in my classroom, but would choose to keep it in the classroom library.

- Writing prompt: what would you do with you spots?

I loved this book as a child. I hadn't thought about it for years until I saw the cover at Borders today. I gave it to Lily, and she thought the pictures were just hilarious.

I think this is a very colorful book. My favorite part is when he turns into all the colors at one time.
