So, Todd is moving to Vermont, and of course, Liz is heartbroken. She becomes a recluse. All mopey, but she still talks to Todd on the phone and so on. However, Jess isn't okay with that. She doesn't want to see her twin pining for Todd, so she decides to try and set her up with an old blast from the past, Nicholas Morro

I've read several Sweet Valley High books, and I can't say that this one is my favorite.

Say Goodbye gives a chapter in the life of twins, Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield, who are popular girls at Sweet Valley High. Elizabeth’s long time boyfriend, Todd Wilkins, is moving to Vermont with his family, and she is having a hard time with him so far away. Jessica, the worried and promiscuous twin, tries to help her sister by encouraging Nicholas Morrow, a rich and attractive jock, to try to spark thi

I give it 3.5 stars. Although it was a turning point in the series with one of the main characters, Todd Wilkins, leaving Sweet Valley, California for Vermont it wasn't quite as good as I had hoped it would be. But, it was still vital a read when continuing the series.
First off, it wasn't really Goodbye, it was more like "goodbye for now." Long distance love rarely works out in the long run, most people who may have had this experience know what I mean by that. Trying to keep a relationship in

Review :

I purchased this book from one of the charity shops in my town for 10p despite it's battered exterior - can I really resist SVH ?

Ideally I wanted to finish it during the final day of the Bout of Books Read-a-thon however Gatsby disrupted that plan.Thr
The best part is when Elizabeth muses to herself (after being all boring and sadballs for a couple of weeks) that she can't let herself turn into Dee Dee Gordon - because no one wants to be with a girl like that. Yes, I too define myself solely in terms of my attractiveness to the other gender. Plus Todd's hair on the cover is glorious.

So sad!
When Elizabeth Wakefield's longtime boyfriend, Todd Wilkins, leaves Sweet Valley, Elizabeth is broken-hearted.

Odd choice of cover image then! The TV reissue covers are spectacularly pants.

I really didn't like the ending to this book and I felt that this book was very boring and hard to get into. Definitely one of the more boring Francine Pascal books.

Loved them all, love them still. Even when the story was about one of the characters that I didn't like as much, I still could not resist the sweet valley logo.
