This is what happened in the book. There was two girls and they had a dad. They had been noticing that their dad had been working with something in their basement for a couple a weeks and so they went to the basement to check out what their dad was working on, when they got in the basement their dad was working on something that involves plants, But why does he need the plants. Read the book if you want to find out what happened. I liked the book. I liked how that the book gave me chills.
