I stumbled across this book in the school library and just kind of fell in love with the idea. It's well researched and well thought out, although I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't already familiar with psychology. It's a good start to the study of how emotions correspond and compliment the writing experience, as most studies of writing are primarily concerned with the "product" rather than the individual that is producing the written work.
