Rebecca is stunned when her best friend, Julie, is almost killed by a hit-and-run driver. But the accident is only the beginning of Julie’s trouble. Someone—or something—has come to watch over her, to guide her, to “lead her to enlightenment.” Suddenly Becka, Scott, Ryan, and their friends are caught up in a battle against the most devious deception they’ve ever faced.

Bill Myers has once again created another amazing book to this series! As Rebecca and her friends continue against their struggle and spiritual battle against Satan and his demonic forces, things just keep on becoming more and more intense and dangerous for our protagonists!

What I really enjoyed about this book was how it showed the treacherous and deceiving disguises demons put on to fool people into New Age stuff and draw them into the occult. These are truly things you do not want to mess wit

as you can tell from home many of these i've gone thru already so far, this series is a QUICK read.

once more, good for youth, especially to safely learn about the evil in the world, versus having to do so by experience!

The warfare just keeps getting more dangerous and more violent as Scott, Becca and Ryan and friends battle demons and try to do the right thing.

Great series, but a bit scary, which is understandable, considering the topic

A Quickie Review

Mr. Myers' spiritual warfare serial continues right where the prequel--see above--left off. Though well-written, it is, as usual for this series, a bit freaky. The cliffhanger ending left me panting for the sixth book; thankfully, I already have a copy of it.

Content Concerns: Pretty much the same as what I described in my review of the previous book.

Score: 4.5/5

Bill Myers was born into a Christian home, and although as a child he became bored with Christianity, he decided at the University of Washington quote, to "make God my boss." Ironically, at the University his worst subject was writing. He claims to have prayed, and said that he would be able to do anything for God, except write. Even so, he has become a prominent Christian writer, and has a large ...more
