I listened to this via an mp3 audio book. While the story held my interest, the authors' reading of this book left much to be desired. The halting, stumbling narration was very distracting and nearly caused me to abandon the story several times.

Great story set in Virginia City of the mid 1800's during Montana's gold rush. Three story line converge at the end in a bittersweet resolution. The main character, Will Hunter haunted by his past and loss of his wife, a crooked sheriff and his band, an orphan, Epiphany Baker making a new life and the other bad guy, Santee out to avenge the death of his brother. Not my usual genre to read but it was an enjoyable read, couldn't put down as I had to know the outcome.
