This is the second book by Stephanie Burke that I have read and have enjoyed. I really did like this book. It has great world building and a very good story line and not to forget some very hot sex! Unlike alot of erotic books out there the sex in this story is really beautiful. It takes place between people who truly love one another. And you get that right off the bat between the two main characters. I can't stand to read an erotic book of any kind and get lost in just a bunch of sex going on ...more

Great book! I'm not usually into straight romances, but this is a very fun read. It seems very serious in the begining, as it starts off with a very complex (and pretty dark) plot set in a paralel universe filled with magic. But then the cursed prince is sent to our world and the fun begins.

This was an impulse buy. I enjoyed the original hero and he was likable, our heroine was too, but it was the two friends of our heroine that stole the show. It's rare that I find the support characters more interesting than the main, but it was still an enjoyable Saturday afternoon read.
