Some interesting concepts and ideas in regards to new forms of leadership. How we think of leadership is changing. It's no longer who can be the loudest, the bossiest, etc. Definitley an engaging read but the "spirituality" of the concept is a little lost on me.
A really interesting (new?) look on creating a dynamic and healthy environment for work and living. Insightful and thought provoking. This book calls us to really evaluate our choices and our intentions as we work and help others.
