Practical Legal Guide for Business

Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?)

I was impressed by the content, organization and practicality of this reference book. This volume of over 450 pages in full-page format provides a detailed but usable guide to all aspects of starting and managing a small business. The detailed table of contents makes this a great resource for referencing on particular questio
some useful information, but lots of redundancy and superfluous examples
Another one of those great books by NOLO. This one included sections on "resolve disputes without costly lawsuits". That ought to scare you. On the other hand, there was a good section on saving when it comes to small business taxes.

This is getting to be overwhelming. How in the heck are we going to tie all of this together?
Good overview of legal issues relating to small businesses. But quite a few wouldn't apply to my situation, and those that do are covered in as much or more detail in other books I've included on my worth-a-second-checkout shelf, so I won't bother getting this one from the library again.
