Quite a variety of recipes for jams, jellies, marmalades, preserves and conserves. All use packaged pectin, some classic, some low sugar, and some liquid. I prefer to use pectin in my recipes, as I like the shorter cooking times and firmer set, but I would have liked to have seen a bit more versions with various spices (cinnamon, ginger, etc.) and herb/fruit combinations (ginger mint blueberry, or sage blackberry or strawberry basil come to mind as possibilities).
