It had a different perspective then what I would have expected. I am used to missionary books that talk about the wonderful things missionaries are doing, but this book went a tad further to also explain the damage missionaries may have caused different civilizations, villages and cultures across the world. The damage of fighting and bringing these cultures to a standard of our culture in a very selfish way. It was eye opening to understand how the rest of the world may view missionaries and is ...more
