I've always suffered from really bad back pains so this book was a life changing experience for me. It provides a strength-training program to help the audience take control of their lives and enjoy every day without pain. What I love about this book is that the author provides detailed description of how the muscles in our body work, why we are feeling the pain we experience and how the excercises we need to do will change that. Truly wonderful book that changed my life! Loved it!
