Recommends it for: Those active in churches wishing to stimulate the "grassroots" faith expression
Shelves: spiritual
A very good book on the subject. Creating "cell groups" within the church to stimulate and empower people within the church for others and yourself. Though I have been soured by the formal church/religion system, it is still relevant.
