It covers Laplace transforms for electric circuits in a very difficult way. I needed it for control system but this did not cover that topic. Very hard book.
Sure it was a class textbook but I still look at it from time to time. My first semester with it I utterly hated it!! But after the 2nd semester of circuits I found that I liked it. I am not really sure if it is a good textbook or if perhaps I am suffering from something analogous to Stockholm syndrome. At this point I can pretty much find the section I am looking for with my eyes closed.
