It's not a way to "manipulate luck" as the summary says, it's really a way of looking at life in a responsible way, developing our abilities to be prepared in order take seize the opportunities when the chance arrives, in other words, he who is prepared will take the opportunity or even create it. I liked it, especially the rational and rather mathematical look he takes at "luck" and the revision of the greek myth.
