Run! Don't walk... to your nearest Dahn Yoga Center. I was given this book by Master Ryan, Regional Director of Arizona for Dahn Yoga. The principles are well tread, the approach in healing blends old and new. 100% effective in bringing swift & authentic change to mind & body; thus, freeing spirit.

This could be quite possibly the most important book you can read about health and well-being. It explains the self-healing power of the brain stem. If we can shut off our minds (neo cortex) and the limbic system (emotions) we can begin to heal ourselves. Excellent, simple, dynamic and practical!

A simple way to change your mind and change your mood. This book is based on the premise that each person is the master of his or her brain and that controlling what information gets to stay in your brain is a personal decision.
