The first time I read this, I was on an airplane and knew the airplane would never land. The second time I read this, I became more noticeably a woman.

This collection is standupsitdown good.

Things that cling, post-Exhibition:
the leather, the heels, the grammar.

the dualities of the museum/display theme is ostensibly at play with both the object, and the poem. and, certainly there is a tinge of self-recognition in shooting the artist first.

hillard deftly utilizes snippets of real conversation, emphasizing the way women can speak and hear at the same time--research shows women can aurally process 4 conversations at once-- amidst the way one can reflect, even project, oneself through
